ABOUT OUR TEAM STRUCTURE
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Hamburg city and is our regional head office for Pandora in Northern Europe. From here, we manage the distribution of our Pandora jewellery in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and the Nordics, handling our owned and operated stores as well as our wholesale distribution.
You will find all those functions in Hamburg, supporting the business in Northern Europe:
- Marketing
- E-Commerce
- Product / Merchandising
- Sales Operations
- Finance
- HR
All in all, our Northern Europe Team is made up of more than 1,400 employees, with the majority working in our owned and operated stores across the region, and around 150 at our Hamburg office.

WORKING IN THE NORTHERN EUROPE OFFICE
We love our office! Yes, we do! Because it is so beautiful. Enjoy our comfortable Danish interior design, held in a clean style with light rooms, large windows and a fantastic view over the old town of Hamburg and its most popular Alster lake. We want you to feel at home, take a break in our socializing area with a coffee bar, just drink a cup of coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, tea or water. We are caring for you! Or maybe you prefer fresh fruits or smoothies?
Let’s have a look at our Pandora bistro. At lunchtime, you have the choice between several lunch meals, also vegetarian ones. Having a chat with your colleagues, or maybe you would like to start our next table football tournament?

Hamburg is one of the nicest cities in Germany and a great place to be. We love to support our new Pandorians to relocate to this wonderful city. Feel the spirit of the harbour, enjoy your fresh fish or plan an Alster boat trip. Hamburg is very well-known for musicals, the popular Reeperbahn, or its lovely buildings like the Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, Hafencity and several beaches, but there are also many excellent restaurants and shops in the different areas. Your new colleagues are happy to show you the best places.

APPRENTICESHIPS AT PANDORA
Are you right at the beginning of your career? Start it with Pandora!
Our first-class and solid apprenticeship prepares you very well for your upcoming career. Surrounded by fabulous jewellery and an encouraging and supporting team, we are pretty sure that you will love your course of education with us.
