OUR SUSTAINABILITY JOURNEY

At Pandora, we consider sustainability across our business, from how we craft our jewelry to the workplace we offer employees. Reducing what we take from the planet, protecting the environment and treating all stakeholders well is key to Pandora’s business success.

Our sustainability priorities are integrated into our Phoenix strategy, where sustainability serves as a foundational element, supporting our growth ambitions and aligning our actions with our values.

We adopt strategies that will minimize our carbon footprint-we want to be a net zero business by 2040 and aim to be carbon neutral in our own operations by 2025. We innovate to minimize the resources that we use in our products and recycle manufacturing materials where possible to “close the loop”. By 2025, 100% of all silver and gold used in our products will come from recycled sources. And we strive to ensure that our employees and suppliers work in safe and fair conditions. We believe that inclusion, diversity and fairness are core tenets of a responsible growing business, and we encourage all voices to pursue and share their loves. We work to reach full gender parity in our leadership no later than 2030.

Our ambition is to offer affordable luxury with sustainability integrated from source to sale.
