As a Brand Specialist at Pandora, you will play a key role in translating brand strategy into impactful campaigns, communications and broader brand initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver brand initiatives end-to-end, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across channels and touchpoints.
In this role, you will contribute to both independent campaign delivery and larger strategic initiatives, collaborating across Design, Consumer Insights, Creative Studio, Channels and external partners. You will help define and align communications across channels, contribute to briefing and execution, and ensure that output is insight-driven and scalable across markets.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, a structured and proactive approach to delivery and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver brand campaigns and initiatives end-to-end, while contributing to larger global campaigns and strategic brand initiatives through key workstreams such as communications planning, creative briefing, and content development
- Translate brand strategy into campaign frameworks, communication approaches, and broader brand initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Define and align go-to-market (GTM) communications, ensuring consistency and quality across channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Planning, Design, Consumer Insights, Creative Studio and Channels as well as external partners to drive aligned execution across campaigns and initiatives
Key Experience
- Relevant experience in brand management, brand strategy, campaign and communications development or related roles, focus on brand building is a plus
- Experience working with complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, FMCG or other consumer-driven industries. Project management experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of brand building, campaign development, and/or brand frameworks, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (e.g. creative, insights, channels, or commercial teams) or external partners in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and support stakeholder alignment
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, contribute to agile decision-making, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Curious mindset and can do attitude
