As a Student Assistant in Reporting & Analytics, you’ll support the team’s mission as a core business partner to Pandora’s Clusters and Global CCO organization. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the data foundation that supports decision-making across Pandora’s Network & Franchise Management team.
In this role, you will work hands-on with maintaining reports, dashboards, and underlying data, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date outputs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across clusters to follow up on data inputs, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure reliable reporting. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to improve existing files and workflows, including introducing automation and enhancing data quality and reporting efficiency.
Your Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring a strong data foundation to support reporting processes by:
- Maintaining and updating data across systems, files, trackers and dashboards
- Delivering recurring reports in line with reporting cycles, ensuring timeliness, quality, and completeness
- Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and errors across sources
- Collaborating and proactively following up with clusters and stakeholders on data inputs
- Driving continuous improvements in data quality, reporting processes & efficiency, and automation
- Assisting in preparing presentations and materials
- Providing ad hoc support to the team when needed
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a structured and reliable student who enjoys working with data and supporting business processes in a commercial environment. This role is focused on maintaining and improving reporting and data quality, rather than advanced data modelling or backend development.
You are likely towards the end of your Bachelor’s degree or have recently started your Master’s within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
You:
- Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate work
- Work in a structured and organized way, even when handling recurring and operational tasks
- Enjoy working with data, while also having an interest in the commercial side of the business
- Take ownership of your tasks and follow up to ensure completion and quality
- Communicate clearly and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across teams and geographies
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Additionally, you:
- Have solid Excel skills (e.g., working with larger datasets, formulas, lookups, pivots)
- Have experience using Power Query for data transformation and structuring
- Have experience with, or a strong interest in learning automation tools (e.g. VBA)
- Are familiar with PowerPoint and making presentations
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage, but not required

You’ll join the Reporting & Analytics team within Network & Franchise Management - a highly collaborative team delivering reliable data and insights across Pandora. Working closely with your manager, teammates, and a broad range of stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions.
