In this role, you will support strategic sourcing activities across Pandora’s global technology spend, working closely with category managers and stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes, transparency, and supplier excellence. This is a great opportunity to develop your procurement skillset while gaining exposure to complex, fast-evolving Digital & Technology categories in an international environment.’
About the role
As a Category Management Specialist, you will support the Digital & Technology (D&T) Procurement team by providing data‑driven insights, executing sourcing activities, and supporting supplier performance and governance. You will collaborate closely with category managers and key stakeholders across the D&T organisation, as well as with global procurement colleagues, to ensure efficient procurement processes, strong commercial outcomes, and well‑governed supplier relationships.
About the department
The D&T Procurement team is part of Pandora’s global Procurement organisation, with colleagues located across multiple regions. The team is responsible for managing Pandora’s technology procurement categories end to end, partnering primarily with the global Digital & Technology organisation and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the wider business to enable scalable, compliant, and value‑driven technology sourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end sourcing activities (RFI/RFP/RFQ): gather requirements, prepare sourcing packages, coordinate timelines, and consolidate supplier responses.
- Run spend and market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across Digital & Technology categories (e.g., SaaS, cloud, IT services, telecom, agencies).
- Prepare benchmarking, total‑cost‑of‑ownership (TCO) analyses, and business case inputs, including cost, value, and risk considerations.
- Maintain category and supplier data, including supplier lists, contract overviews, renewal calendars, licensing/consumption trackers, and benefit tracking.
- Support contract processes in collaboration with Legal and InfoSec (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs) by coordinating redlines, approvals, and documentation.
- Help manage supplier performance by collecting KPI/SLA reporting, supporting QBR preparation, and tracking actions and follow‑ups.
- Support procurement compliance and governance by ensuring documentation is complete, processes are followed, and stakeholder communication is clear and timely.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, playbooks, and reporting dashboards for Digital & Technology procurement.
What you’ll bring
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (procurement, sourcing, vendor management, finance/controlling, or data/analytics), ideally with exposure to technology‑related spend.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel required; Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
- A structured approach and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Good communication skills—able to summarise insights and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about technology commercial models (e.g., SaaS subscriptions, cloud consumption, managed services, SOWs, SLAs).
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Sievo, Scanmarket), contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, or ticketing/workflow tools.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security concepts (e.g., GDPR) and sustainability.
- Experience working in an international, matrixed environment.
What we offer
- Hands‑on learning in strategic sourcing and technology procurement.
- Exposure to global suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
- Development opportunities, mentoring, and clear career growth pathways within procurement.
