About the Team:
The Specilaist, Brand Management - Wholesale plays a key role in bringing Pandora’s brand strategy to life across key partner businesses and service programs. This role stewards the brand across strategic partnerships including Cruise, Klarna, Afterpay, Pandora Credit Card, Disney & Disney Parks, Pandora Cares, Engraving, Packaging, and other adjacent services, to ensure consistency, alignment, and a premium consumer experience. This person will work cross-functionally to translate brand direction into tailored channel and partner executions, ensuring all programs integrate seamlessly with national campaigns and broader go to market priorities.
Your Role as a Specialist, Brand Management:
- Strategy & Partner Integration · Bring Pandora’s brand strategy to life across partner programs, ensuring each program reflects the brand’s positioning, values, and visual identity. · Serve as the day-to-day brand lead for Cruise, Pandora Cares, Klarna, Afterpay, Pandora Credit Card, Disney & Disney Parks, Engraving, Packaging, and other service-adjacent initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & E2E Delivery · Partner with Marchandising, Creative, Trade Marketing, Retail, VM, E-commerce, and Operations to ensure partner programs align seamlessly with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities.
- Partnership & Program Stewardship · Maintain deep understanding of the needs, audiences, and environments of each partner business to ensure brand strategy is tailored appropriately. · Support Disney & Disney Parks business by guiding brand expression across on-property retail, co-branded assets, and seasonal collaborations.
- National Accounts & Wholesale Brand Adaptation · Partner with National Account Wholesale teams to adapt brand strategy for major retail partners and key growth channels. · Provide guidance on how brand direction translates across wholesale environments, ensuring consistency and driving best-in-class execution. · Work cross-functionally to support sell-in materials and briefings, retailer co-op assets, and brand-right adaptations for top-tier accounts.
- Asset Governance & Brand Consistency · Ensure all partner and wholesale adaptations adhere to brand standards, usage rules, and quality expectations. · Maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, and program-specific playbooks for internal and partner teams. ·
- Performance Insights & Program Recaps · Gather performance inputs from partners, national accounts, and internal teams to support program reporting. · Support program recaps that evaluate brand consistency, partner execution quality, and opportunities for improvement.
- Operational Excellence · Identify process, brand governance, or quality gaps across partner programs and drive solutions that improve consistency and efficiency. · Maintain and evolve operating procedures for partner execution, asset requests, approvals, and brand-related workflows.

- The position requires extensive experience as a Marketing and Retail leader. Experience in the retail industry is mandatory.
- 5+ years of related professional brand marketing experience. Ideally, experience would include working for a Global company with both B&M stores and Ecommerce.

New York Salary: $93,000 - $110,000 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
