Specialist, Brand Management (m/f/d) – Hamburg

The Specialist, Brand Management will play a pivotal role in driving Pandora’s growth by ensuring the brand strategy is consistently executed on local markets. This role focuses on maintaining global brand integrity while enabling local relevance, ensuring that all brand activities resonate with consumers and deliver measurable business impact.
The Specialist will act as the key link between global brand strategy and local execution, providing guidance, support, and coordination on brand related initiatives across departments. The role coordinates the development and execution of brand strategies that captivate audiences and drive business growth for Pandora. Operating in a fastpaced and creative environment, the Specialist influences consumer perception by ensuring cohesive, insightled brand execution and collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams

Integrated Brand Execution
- Brief, coordinate and orchestrate NOEU brand initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns that drive growth
Consumer-Centric Planning
- Ensure all brand initiatives are rooted in consumer insights and tailored to local behaviors and preferences
Market Support
- Partner with internal teams to drive brand planning and execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Merchandising, Media, PR, CRM, Retail, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless brand execution
Strategic Planning & Local Concept Development
- Review global marketing objectives, KPIs, and plans to ensure local alignment
- Prepare presentations and engage relevant stakeholders for approval and implementation
Coordination of local plans and cycle launches
- Gather campaign objectives, KPIs, and key messages from global teams
- Align stakeholders and organize kick-off and follow-up meetings
- Maintain asset overviews and campaign roadmaps with milestones, timelines, and dependencies
Performance Management
- Track brand KPIs, including penetration and campaign effectiveness, and providing actionable insights
Feedback Loop
- Collect internal feedback, structure it, and share both a local perspective and market learnings with the global teams — and make sure to also share it with the local team — to inform future brand strategies
Budget Tracking
- Support annual budget setup and forecasting. Track expenses and review invoices for accuracy
WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:
- Bachelor’s dagree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration (with a marketing focus), Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Integrated Marketing, or Campaign Planning (ideally within multi-channel and/or agency environments)
- Strong ability to connect consumer insights, brand objectives, and market dynamics to drive impactful decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Background in advertising or creative agencies, with experience in campaign development, localization, and collaboration with global brand teams
- Analytical mindset, with a track record of measuring performance and translating data into actionable insights
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, confident in navigating ambiguity and driving topics forward independently
- Proven experience delivering go-to-market processes and translating global brand strategies into locally relevant activations
- Familiar with agency collaboration, project management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Comfortable working in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20 days/year)
