Lead Solution Architect
Ioana’s path led her from Romania to Paris and now Copenhagen, where she contributes to Pandora’s transformation journey. With a background in Finance and IT, she brings a passion for multicultural collaboration and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, especially after visiting Pandora’s crafting facilities in Bangkok. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to grow, and Ioana embraces them with creativity and curiosity.
Principal Engineer
Oleksii’s journey with code began at age 10—and it hasn’t stopped since. Originally from Ukraine, he’s lived in Germany and now Denmark, where he joined Pandora first as an external partner before becoming a permanent team member. He thrives in our multicultural environment, working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Oleksii is also part of the Pandora paddle tennis club, bringing his curiosity and openness to new experiences into every corner of his work life.
Lead UX Designer
Danielle’s creative journey began in Baltimore, where she worked in graphic design and digital media before transitioning into UX design. She became Pandora’s first in-house UX designer in the US, and later moved to Copenhagen to join the Global HQ. Danielle is energised by Pandora’s tech-forward culture and the supportive, people-first environment. Whether she’s leading design work or joining a monthly quiz, she brings warmth, creativity and a love for connection to everything she does.
Lead Product Manager
Christian was the very first employee in Pandora’s Digital Hub—and he’s been part of its evolution ever since. With a background in business and Chinese studies, and a career rooted in retail and e-commerce, he brings global perspective and deep experience to his role. From morning walks in Fælledparken to shaping digital products, Christian finds inspiration in everyday routines and the people who make Pandora special.
