Are you looking to gain hands-on experience with eCommerce and digital operations in a global organisation? Do you enjoy working with data, systems, and structured processes while supporting a fast-paced digital business? Then this role could be a great fit for you.
As a Student Assistant in Global eCommerce, you’ll support the team in delivering seamless online experiences across Pandora’s global digital channels. You will play a key role in maintaining core eCommerce operations within site merchandising, omni-channel activities, and fraud and payment processes.
In this role, you will work hands-on with maintaining product data, supporting website operations, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date execution of tasks. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the team to support daily operations, follow up on data inputs where relevant, and ensure consistency and quality across systems. At the same time, you will gain exposure to global eCommerce processes and contribute to improving workflows and efficiency.
Your Areas of Responsibility
• Maintain and update product and operational data across systems, tools, and dashboards
• Support site merchandising activities, including content checks, product updates, and category maintenance
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of data entry and update requests
• Support omni-channel and fraud and payment processes with operational tasks
• Identify and flag inconsistencies in data or systems and follow up with relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to maintaining documentation, trackers, and process materials
• Provide ad hoc support to the team in line with ongoing priorities
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a structured and reliable student who enjoys working with data and supporting digital business processes in a global environment. This role focuses on maintaining and improving eCommerce operations, rather than advanced technical development.

• Work in a structured and organised way, even when handling recurring operational tasks
• Have an interest in eCommerce and digital business
• Take ownership of your tasks and follow up to ensure completion and quality

Additionally, you
• Have solid Excel skills and are comfortable working with data
• Have experience with, or a strong interest in learning, digital tools and systems
• Are familiar with CMS, PIM, or similar tools (or eager to learn)
• Are comfortable using PowerPoint
Your New Team
You’ll join the Global eCommerce team, working across site merchandising, omni-channel, and fraud and payment. The team is highly collaborative and plays a key role in ensuring a consistent and high-quality online experience across Pandora’s markets. Working closely with your manager and teammates, you will gain valuable insight into how a global eCommerce organisation operates.
