As a Senior Specialist in Trade Merchandising within Global Merchandising, you will own key forecasting inputs, lead Range Framework tools and processes, and deliver actionable trade insights across collections and markets. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive alignment across forecasts and commercial priorities while influencing data-driven decision-making that supports business performance.

You take ownership of your work, are comfortable working with performance data, and can translate insights into actions and recommendations that drive business decisions. You collaborate effectively across teams, influence stakeholders, and bring a structured approach to managing multiple priorities while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Own forecasting inputs, including DV-level data, performance signals, and trends for assigned categories and collections
Deliver forecasts for new product launches, including data preparation, scenario building, and coordination of presentation inputs
Lead and maintain Range Framework tools such as visual trays, product tiering, and other supporting processes, while identifying opportunities for optimization
Execute and govern product lifecycle actions such as discontinuation and promotions, ensuring proper documentation, alignment, and timely implementation
Deliver weekly and monthly trade reports with clear summaries, performance insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify commercial risks and opportunities, supporting both tactical actions and future assortment decisions
Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and process adherence across all Trade Merchandising tools while driving continuous improvements where relevant
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment of forecasts, data, and commercial actions
Key Skills Required:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience within Product Merchandising, Planning, Buying, E-commerce, or similar
Experience from the retail or fashion industry is considered an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable insights
High attention to detail and a structured approach to data, forecasting, and reporting
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
A commercial mindset with a focus on driving performance and identifying opportunities
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
