Shape global merchandising performance at Pandora
At Pandora, we are on an exciting journey to elevate how we plan, steer, and optimise our global business. We are now looking for a Director of Merchandise Controlling & OTB to play a pivotal role in this transformation.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, financial performance, and operational execution - influencing key decisions that directly impact our global business. You will act as a trusted partner across Merchandising, Commercial Finance, and S&OP, ensuring that we turn insights into action and strategy into results.
Your impact
In this role, you will:
Drive global performance steering
Take ownership of how we track and optimise performance across sell-in, sell-out, inventory, revenue, and units - ensuring we make the right decisions, at the right time, based on strong data and insights.
Own and elevate Open-to-Buy
Lead the global OTB agenda, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities, inventory targets, and financial plans. You will bring clarity, structure, and direction to OTB across markets.
Shape the S&OP agenda
Play a central role in the global S&OP process by owning merchandising inputs and actively influencing key demand–supply decisions. You will challenge assumptions and help balance growth ambitions with operational realities.
Build best-in-class planning and governance
Continuously improve how we work - driving more scalable, standardised, and efficient planning processes, tools, and reporting frameworks globally.
Lead and develop a high-performing team
You will lead a team of 3–4 and play a key role in strengthening capabilities across Merchandise Financial Planning and OTB, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
What you bring
You bring a strong business mindset and thrive in roles where analytics, commercial understanding, and leadership come together. In addition, you likely bring:
Strong experience within Finance, Merchandising, or Supply Chain, typically developed over +6–8 years in relevant roles
Proven people leadership experience
Experience from retail, fashion, or FMCG is a plus
Experience working in a global, matrix organisation
Exposure to S&OP processes is an advantage

Travel: Approx. 10–20 days per year
