We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong leader to join Pandora’s Global Merchandising & Supply Chain team as Senior Manager, Trade Merchandising.
Drive global trade merchandising and commercial execution
The Trade Merchandising function is a key driver of Pandora’s commercial performance, connecting product strategy, market execution, and financial results. As Senior Manager, Trade Merchandising, you will lead a product area and turn data into action through performance insights, long-term forecasting, and clear commercial priorities. In this role, you will help shape winning assortment execution, strengthen decision-making, and drive growth across markets.
You will act as the commercial link between product, planning, supply chain, and local markets - translating performance data into clear actions that improve assortment productivity, in-store execution, and overall sales performance.
Joining an ambitious and collaborative Global Merchandising & Supply Chain team, you will report to the Senior Director, Trade Merchandising and lead a small team. In this role, you will play a central part in strengthening Pandora’s commercial discipline and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across markets.
Your accountabilities will be to:
Lead Trade Merchandising for your assigned product area, setting clear direction and priorities
Translate product performance data into business relevant insights and actionable recommendations
Develop tools and guidelines to support consistent and effective assortment execution across markets
Own forecasting for your area, combining trends and targets to guide planning, buying, and supply decisions
Lead regular business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and driving concrete actions
Collaborate closely with Product, Planning, Supply Chain, and market teams to ensure alignment
Improve ways of working and drive high-quality delivery across your area of responsibility
Line manage and develop 2–3 direct reports, fostering strong performance and team growth
Strong commercial leader within trade merchandising
We imagine you bring a strong combination of commercial mindset, analytical capabilities, and leadership experience. You are confident turning data into clear actions and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
We hope you bring the following experience and competencies:
4–6 years of experience in Product Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Demand Planning, Buying, or Allocation
2–3 years of people leadership experience
Background in retail, fashion, or consumer goods
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
Experience working with forecasting, assortment planning, and performance tracking
Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
Commercial mindset with focus on driving growth and performance
Experience working in global organisations is an advantage
