Join Pandora’s Global Strategy & Business Development Team as Senior Manager, Strategy Delivery Office
Are you a delivery leader who will help Pandora’s most important strategic initiatives realise their full potential? Do you want to work at the heart of our strategic agenda, partner with senior leaders and help mobilise a global organisation around its ambition? Join us at Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen and play a central role in turning strategy into sustained business impact for the world’s leading jewellery brand.
About the team
Pandora’s Strategy Delivery Office is part of our Global Strategy & Business Development team, which reports directly to Pandora’s CEO. We connect Pandora’s ambition, portfolio choices and organisational mobilisation to create confidence that our most important initiatives are focused on the right outcomes, progressing with sufficient pace and realising the value behind our strategy. We partner closely with senior leaders across functions and markets to strengthen delivery and resolve risks and dependencies that cut across the organisation. We combine a collaborative spirit with sharp problem-solving skills and offer a supportive and fun team environment.
What you’ll do
As Senior Manager, Strategy Delivery Office, you will work across a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning our strategy pillars. You will help Pandora’s most important initiatives maintain momentum by providing an independent view of progress, value realisation and adoption readiness, giving leaders the insight needed to act where they can make the greatest difference.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop productive relationships: Cultivate trust-based relationships across stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional forums where needed.
Ensure cross-functional alignment: Help clarify roles, decision rights and competing priorities, and facilitate resolution where issues cut across functions or initiatives.
Build delivery confidence: Challenge plans, milestones and delivery evidence in close collaboration with initiative owners to identify material gaps early and agree a clear response.
Create transparency on value: Assess whether value expectations remain credible and connected to delivery progress, working closely with Finance.
Connect the portfolio: Identify risks, dependencies and structural barriers across initiatives, and elevate them for a portfolio-level view.
Strengthen adoption readiness: Assess change readiness and coordinate actions with initiative owners and functions.
Drive decision clarity: Frame complex challenges clearly and bring leadership the evidence, options and recommendations needed to act.
Raise delivery capability and standards: Set and role-model strong delivery practices and partner with functional initiative delivery teams to strengthen capability across the portfolio.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a delivery leader who is motivated by helping strategic ambitions become reality. You will thrive here if you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing at senior levels and bringing an independent perspective to Pandora’s strategic initiative portfolio. You know how to build momentum and outcomes while keeping accountability with the leaders responsible for delivery.
To succeed in this role, you ideally bring:
7+ years of experience in delivery, transformation, strategy execution, top-tier consulting or a comparable role.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial scope through execution and impact.
A track record of constructively challenging senior leaders on plan quality, pace, value and organisational readiness.
The ability to connect business cases, leading indicators and delivery evidence to assess whether value is being realised.
Strong independent judgement and the credibility to influence without relying on formal authority.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to turn complexity into leadership decisions.
A commercial mindset and the ability to connect strategic choices with customer, operational and financial impact.
A master’s degree in business, strategy or a related field.
Experience in retail, consumer goods or omnichannel environments is an advantage.
