Senior Manager, Brand Planning

As Senior Manager, Brand Planning, you will be responsible for translating our annual brand strategy into integrated quarterly plans that drive both brand and business growth. Acting as the bridge between long-term strategic ambition and day-to-day execution, you will ensure priorities are aligned across campaigns, channels, markets, commercial teams, and cross-functional partners from a quaterly point of view. 

 

In this key campaign planning role, you will create clarity across a complex global organization, enabling teams to focus on the right initiatives at the right time while ensuring markets have the tools, guidance, and support needed to execute successfully. 

 

You will lead a team of two and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Global Marketing organization and beyond. 

 

Key responsibilities:  

  • Lead the development and governance of integrated quarterly brand plans aligned with Pandora's strategic priorities. 

  • Translate annual brand and business objectives into clear, actionable plans that drive alignment across functions and markets. 

  • Coordinate priorities across Brand, Campaigns & Activations, Paid Media, Product & Design, Creative Studio, Advocacy Marketing, Marketing Technology, CE&L, CIMA, Commercial teams, and global clusters. 

  • Facilitate planning processes, workshops, and cross-functional forums to ensure alignment and decision-making. 

  • Create planning frameworks, tools, and governance processes that improve execution excellence across the organization. 

  • Monitor progress against key initiatives and help teams navigate dependencies, risks, and evolving priorities. 

  • Ensure marketing investments are effectively governed and aligned with strategic objectives. 

  • Partner with regional and cluster teams to balance global consistency with local relevance. 

  • Drive organizational clarity, transparency, and accountability throughout the planning cycle. 

 

What is needed to succeed
We imagine that you bring extensive experience from brand strategy, integrated marketing planning, campaign management, or a similar field within a global organization. 

 

You are a strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture while maintaining a strong focus on execution. You thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities and are skilled at creating alignment without direct authority. 

 

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has: 

  • 8+ years of relevant experience within brand, marketing strategy, planning, or campaign management. 

  • Significant experience leading complex planning processes across multiple stakeholders, functions, and markets. 

  • Demonstrated success translating strategy into actionable plans and driving organizational alignment. 

  • Experience working within a large, matrixed, international organization. 

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, campaign development, and marketing effectiveness. 

  • Expertise in portfolio planning, marketing operations, and governance. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. 

  • Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, and communication capabilities. 

  • Experience with project and program management. 

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance insights to support decision-making.

Your new team
You will join Pandora's Global Marketing organization and work at the center of our brand planning agenda. The team is responsible for bringing together diverse stakeholders, functions, and markets to create integrated plans that translate strategy into execution and drive brand and business performance globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how Pandora plans, prioritizes, and delivers its global marketing agenda while collaborating with senior leaders and teams across the business.
