The role

 

The UK and Ireland cluster is the second largest market within Pandora and is recognised for its advanced, future-thinking, proactive approach to growth-focused performance, capability building and innovation. This role plays a critical part in driving measurable sales impact through strategically designed training initiatives with clear ROI and direct linkage to KPIs and sales performance.

 

As Sales Training Manager, you will operate as a trusted business partner, working in close collaboration with the Sales Director, District Managers and Head Office functions to translate business priorities into targeted, high‑impact capability solutions. You will be accountable for building a clear, commercially aligned sales training strategy, leading the end‑to‑end design, delivery and evaluation to ensure it directly supports commercial objectives.

This role requires strong commercial judgement, the confidence to make informed business decisions and the ability to set clear direction that influences performance at scale

 

You will lead and develop a team of 8 sales training professionals, with a strong focus on building capability, trust and sustainable performance. You will foster an open and inclusive environment that encourages ideas, feedback and innovation, while actively prioritising team growth, development and engagement. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and shared ownership of results.

What to expect from the role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and business leaders to align training priorities to the overall sales strategy, building and delivering a commercially aligned sales training strategy that strengthens capability and drives performance, increases customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work with Global Training functions and Sales Director to propose and influence strategic training programs for the local cluster
  • Ensure all training activity demonstrates clear ROI and measurable impact on sales performance and customer experience
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Sales Director, District Managers and Head Office functions
  • Use data and insights to shape training priorities and make informed business decisions
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders through clear, compelling communication
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, evaluating and evolving training interventions to innovate and meet the needs of a high-performing, forward-thinking market
  • Understand industry standards and benchmarks to ensure Pandora is seen as a market leader in service and standards

 

The successful candidate

 

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect training to commercial outcomes
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into practical execution
  • Highly developed influential communication skills, able to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, driven by results and able to go beyond the obvious to pursue bold ambitions
  • Confident decision-maker with a pragmatic, data-led approach
  • Proven experience as a Sales Training Manager or in a comparable senior sales role
  • Experience in a sales training or equivalent sales leadership role
  • Candidates currently working within another Pandora cluster seeking a developmental opportunity, or
  • Members of the existing BRIS sales team ready to step into a broader, strategic role
