Global Reward Specialist - Interim

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Reward Specialist to join our global Performance and Reward team on an interim basis.

 

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering our Annual Salary Review (ASR) cycle and supporting data-driven reward decisions across the organisation.

You will ensure the smooth delivery of key reward processes by collaborating with stakeholders across Tech, Finance, and HR. Your work will directly support fair, competitive, and data-driven compensation practices globally.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the execution of the Annual Salary Review (ASR) cycle, including:
    • Preparing pay ranges and salary benchmarks
    • Supporting budget planning
    • Ensuring system readiness and smooth rollout
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Tech to ensure high-quality data integrity
  • Conduct data analytics and reporting, including:
    • Pay equity analysis (e.g. gender pay gap)
    • Living wage assessments
  • Coordinate market data submissions with external providers
  • Support continuous improvement of reward processes and tools

 

Key Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Reward or Compensation & Benefits
  • Proven experience supporting or executing Annual Salary Reviews
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking and reward practices
  • Experience working in a global organisation is preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

 

Key Competencies

 

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Familiarity with tools such as SuccessFactors, PowerPoint, and vendor platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage recurring processes while adapting to challenges
