As Director, Product Line Lead, you will provide business leadership for Pandora's Omni Operations Product Line, translating fulfilment and delivery strategy into scalable capabilities, processes, and technology investments that support our global growth ambitions.
As a key member of the Product Line Leadership Team, you will co-own the product line strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities while ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational needs, and technology delivery. You will act as the senior business lead for fulfilment and delivery capabilities globally, partnering across functions to drive transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Leading a team of 7, you will play a critical role in delivering the capabilities and solutions that enable exceptional customer and business outcomes across Pandora's global operations.
Key responsibilities
Co-own the Omni Operations Line strategy, roadmap and investment priorities as a member of the Product Line Leadership Team, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational needs and technology delivery
Represent the voice of the business within the Product Line and drive holistic prioritization across initiatives, balancing strategic objectives, customer impact, operational value, technical dependencies, capacity and investment considerations
Govern the evolution of global fulfilment and delivery capabilities, processes and ways of working, ensuring they support Pandora’s operating model, growth ambitions and customer objectives
Act as the senior business representative for fulfilment and delivery capabilities, fostering strong stakeholder alignment across Global Omni Operations, D&T and other functions, while ensuring effective governance, delivery and value-realization across the product line
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Change Managers, building the capabilities, culture and organizational effectiveness required to deliver long-term outcomes.
What is needed to succeed
We imagine that you bring extensive experience within supply chain, logistics, fulfilment, or operations, combined with a strong track record of leading transformation initiatives in complex, global organisations. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:
8+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields.
3+ years of senior leadership experience with people management responsibility.
Strong expertise in distribution centres, warehousing, and B2B/B2C order fulfilment operations.
Deep understanding of fulfilment and delivery best practices and operational excellence.
Experience driving large-scale business transformation, process optimisation, and capability development.
Experience working within retail, fashion, FMCG, or similarly complex customer-focused industries.
Experience operating in global, matrixed organisations across multiple markets and locations.
Strong business and technology acumen, with the ability to connect strategy, operations, and digital solutions.
Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions.
