At Pandora, we're looking for an experienced planning leader to shape the future of our global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability.
Reporting to the VP of Global Supply Chain, this role sits at the heart of Pandora's global value chain, connecting commercial ambitions with operational execution. As the enterprise owner of our S&OP and IBP processes, you'll bring together leaders across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Product, Marketing, and regional markets to ensure the business operates from a single, aligned plan and makes timely, data-driven decisions that drive growth, profitability, inventory optimization, and customer availability.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with significant executive exposure, offering the chance to influence strategic decisions across one of the world's largest jewelry brands while continuing Pandora's evolution toward a world-class Integrated Business Planning organization.
What You'll Do:
As the Director, S&OP/IBP, you will lead the governance, decision-making, and continuous development of Pandora's global planning processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end global S&OP and IBP operating cadence across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.
- Leading Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP forums with Pandora's Executive Leadership Team, driving cross-functional alignment and enterprise decision-making.
- Establishing and maintaining a "single set of numbers" across demand, supply, inventory, and financial outcomes.
- Driving scenario planning and business trade-off discussions across revenue, margin, inventory, capacity, cost, and cash flow.
- Leading mid-term supply and capacity planning to ensure balanced and feasible plans across the global network.
- Owning inventory governance and working capital optimization initiatives.
- Leading planning readiness for major product launches and managing growing assortment complexity.
- Supporting long-range planning, budgeting, and strategic supply chain initiatives.
- Driving planning transformation, capability building, and continuous improvement across processes, data, tools, and analytics.
- Developing a high-performing team while influencing a broad network of global stakeholders and senior leaders.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives in complex global environments and enjoys turning business complexity into clear decisions and actions.
You likely bring:
- 10+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Manufacturing, or related business functions.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing specialist teams.
- Strong experience with S&OP, IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or enterprise planning processes.
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional planning governance and driving alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and finance.
- Experience facilitating executive-level planning and decision-making forums with senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs across revenue, gross margin, inventory, cost, working capital, and service levels.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
- The ability to translate data and complexity into simple, compelling recommendations for executive audiences.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer goods, fashion, or another large global organization is highly desirable.
