Pandora's headquarter is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. From here, specialised departments work closely with our offices around the world to ensure that the global Pandora team works in unison towards our common goals. You can get to know our HQ below! 

A SHORT TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE

The year was 1982 and our founder, Per Enevoldsen, opened his jewellery store in Copenhagen. And there it is in the picture - the one with the white awning! Although, Pandora has grown and become the world's largest jewellery brand since then. 

Our current HQ is in the harbor of Copenhagen - Havneholmen - only a refreshing 10-minute bike ride from the city center.

Today, more than 900 people work at Pandora’s Global Office in a dynamic setting. Specialised departments including Brand Design, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Operations, e-Commerce, Ethics, Corporate Communications, HR, IT, and Legal, enable us to support our global organisation. 

WORKING AT OUR COPENHAGEN OFFICE

Our modern, open-plan office space mirrors Pandora’s informal and modern work environment. We work closely as a team and value our social and collegiate atmosphere, where people are open, care about one another and know how to have fun. We celebrate our professional achievements as a team and host gatherings like our annual Family Day and Pandora Day. We support a healthy lifestyle with partly sponsored breakfast and lunch buffets, company-subsidised massages, a gym discount and other benefits to help our Pandorians.
