Deliver value as part of our Global Revenue Growth Management & Pricing team

- Lead and support analytical deep dives on pricing performance, including price elasticity, price tests, and end‑to‑end impact assessments
- Develop pragmatic pricing and RGM models to support scenario analysis and commercial recommendations
- Monitor internal pricing performance, competitive price positioning, and market trends to identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Drive post‑game analysis of pricing actions and experiments, translating learnings into concrete recommendations and future pricing guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear commercial narratives, using simple visuals tailored to senior stakeholders
- Continuously improve how pricing and RGM insights are generated, communicated, and used in decision‑making
Some limited travelling can be expected in this role.
Effective contributor in commercial pricing
We imagine that you bring a strong commercial and analytical mindset and are motivated by using data to influence pricing and revenue decisions. You enjoy turning numbers into structured insights, forming recommendations, and convincing stakeholders of your point of view. You are comfortable working at the intersection of pricing strategy, analytics, and stakeholder management, balancing analytical depth with pragmatic business judgement.
We hope that you will demonstrate a range of relevant experience and competencies including:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, commercial analytics, consulting, or a similar business‑focused analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including scenario modelling, and structured problem solving

- Understanding of core pricing and RGM concepts (e.g., price elasticity, promotions, margin and profit calculations)
- Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong curiosity about commercial performance drivers and willingness to challenge assumptions with data
- Interest in pricing and revenue management and motivation to develop commercial skillset
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross‑functionally and with remote colleagues
- Team‑player mentality, actively contributing to a constructive, learning‑oriented environment
