Support Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management agenda by generating actionable insights on pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning that enable data-driven commercial decision-making!
About the Role
We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team. The role has a strong focus on Competitor Intelligence, leveraging internally built data pipelines and web-scraped competitor data to provide structured insights on market pricing, promotions, and assortment dynamics across key markets. The current focus is on jewelry competitors, with potential expansion to selected non-jewelry competitors over time. The role ensures that competitive insights are translated into clear recommendations, effectively communicated to stakeholders, and embedded into commercial decision-making forums in alignment with Pandora’s strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain competitor intelligence capabilities E2E, including leading collaborations with 3rd party providers, building data pipelines (incl. Alteryx), and ensuring data quality
- Design and implement analytical tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms) that enable scalable and transparent access to competitor insights for global and market stakeholders
- Lead analytical workstreams focused on competitor intelligence and market monitoring, leveraging internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights on pricing, promotions, and assortment dynamics
- Apply data science and advanced analytics methods to extract insights from internal and external data sources
- Translate complex data and competitive insights into clear narratives and actionable recommendations that support strategic pricing and promotions decisions
- Prepare and present analytical findings and competitor insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, credibility, and alignment with Pandora’s strategic priorities
- Partner closely with Pricing, Promotions, regional teams, and other teams in Pandora to ensure competitor insights are effectively embedded into decision-making forums
What is needed to succeed
You are a strong communicator with the ability to use your storytelling skills in order to present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders. You can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders cross-functionally, and you have a structured working style with a flair for detail. You are proactive and ownership-driven, and you enjoy taking responsibility for delivering high-quality insights and analytical products.
Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:
- 2-4 years of experience in pricing, promotions, revenue growth management, or commercial analytics, ideally in a data-driven environment such as consulting, analytics teams, or commercial strategy functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Commercial curiosity and strategic thinking, with an interest in understanding consumer behavior, pricing dynamics, and promotion effectiveness
- Ability to structure analytical problems and workstreams independently, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including designing scalable dashboards, data models, and analytical products that support commercial decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with large datasets and data querying tools, ideally including SQL or similar technologies
- Experience with data preparation and workflow automation tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with statistical or programming tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar) is considered a strong advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset, actively identifying opportunities to enhance analytical approaches, tools, and decision-support capabilities
