As part of our Digital and Technology organisation, we are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the rollout projects of our SAP S/4HANA solution across our core value chain. You will join our Delivery Excellence department, working closely with Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Programme Managers, and other delivery roles.
Our global SAP S/4HANA business transformation programme has established the foundation, template and delivery experience required to transform and standardize core business processes across Pandora. Having successfully progressed through the initial rollout waves, we are now entering the next phase: scaling deployment across markets and business units globally. Our ambition is to make each subsequent rollout faster, more efficient and increasingly repeatable, leveraging a mature global template, standardized delivery approach and lessons learned from previous deployments. This position will be instrumental in driving this evolution, taking ownership of end-to-end rollout delivery while helping build a scalable, high-performing rollout capability that combines speed and efficiency with strong business outcomes, adoption and delivery quality.

You have solid experience in programme management and have previously worked in roles such as Programme Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar, ideally within an SAP ECC or S/4HANA transformation. You do not need to be the SAP solution expert, but you understand what it takes to lead one, and you know the right questions to ask and when to challenge. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders, where your communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills are essential to driving successful outcomes.
In your role as Programme Manager you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA rollouts, from mobilization and design through build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality while protecting business continuity.
Drive rollout scale, speed and efficiency, applying standardized ways of working, lessons learned and continuous improvement to make successive deployments increasingly predictable, repeatable and efficient.
Mobilize and lead cross-functional rollout teams, securing the right business and technology resources, establishing clear accountabilities, governance and ways of working, and creating strong collaboration across global and local teams.
Own the integrated rollout plan and critical path, actively managing dependencies, resource constraints, risks, issues and competing initiatives, identifying potential bottlenecks early and driving timely resolution.
Partner closely with business leaders and functional teams to ensure business requirements are understood, the global template is adopted effectively, and the organization is ready for the change.
Provide strong delivery governance and executive transparency, establishing relevant performance metrics, facilitating Steering Committees, enabling timely decision-making and escalating material risks or issues when required.
Orchestrate execution across design, build and testing, ensuring scope and design decisions are aligned with template standards, build activities progress to plan, and integration and user acceptance testing provide confidence in business and solution readiness.
Lead cutover and go-live readiness, coordinating business cutover, data migration, dress rehearsals, readiness assessments, contingency planning and go/no-go decision-making to enable a controlled and successful launch.
Lead the transition into hypercare and steady-state operations, ensuring system stability, rapid resolution of critical issues, effective knowledge transfer and clear criteria for hypercare exit.
Manage the performance of system integration and delivery partners, setting clear expectations, monitoring delivery against commitments and proactively addressing or escalating performance challenges.
Champion continuous improvement across the rollout portfolio, translating experience and lessons learned into simpler processes, stronger delivery practices and opportunities to accelerate future rollouts.
What is needed to succeed:
Demonstrated experience leading complex programmes or large-scale transformations in a global organisation.
Practical SAP S/4HANA programme experience, in a leadership role, covering stages from design and build through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
Experience working with vendor-led delivery and SAP implementation partners.
Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to turn complexity into concise, actionable messages.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and driving challenging discussions and decisions.
Comfortable working in matrixed, multi-team and international environments.
A delivery mindset, taking ownership for outcomes and balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
