Join the Team Behind the Portfolio

In 2027, we continue to strengthen the larger Delivery & Planning team, a passionate team of thinkers, makers and doers focused on strategy development, portfolio management and delivery excellence across Pandora’s Digital & Technology, linking Pandora’s strategy to execution.

Our portfolio spans initiatives, projects and programmes delivered through agile and traditional methodologies. We work directly with business colleagues, senior stakeholders and digital teams to develop and maintain our portfolio strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s strategic priorities.

We are on a mission to provide leadership with clear insights on investments, capacity, risks and dependencies, and facilitate complex cross-domain decisions to mitigate risks and optimise for the best business outcomes.

As our new Interim Senior Manager, Portfolio Management, you will lead the Portfolio Management function and enable decision-making processes that help Pandora’s Digital & Technology portfolio deliver measurable business value.

This is a maternity cover role, expected to run for approximately nine months.
