Pandora is looking for a curious and motivated intern to join our Agile team in Copenhagen for a 3-month summer internship starting in July 2026. You will work in an international and collaborative environment, supporting a high-performing software development team while learning how Agile ways of working are applied in practice.
About the role
As a Summer Intern, Agile Delivery & Team Coaching, you will grow into an Agile leadership role while supporting a software development team. You will learn Scrum and Agile ways of working on the job, gradually contributing to the Scrum Master responsibilities and acting as a catalyst for collaboration, continuous improvement, and team effectiveness.
This opportunity is ideal for a student with an interest in digital transformation, organizational change, and modern product development practices.
Key responsibilities
Agile & Scrum support
- Learn and apply Scrum and Agile principles in a real team setup
- Support facilitation of Agile ceremonies and team delivery processes
- Help drive continuous improvement and team collaboration
- Contribute to creating clarity, structure, and focus in the team
Team coaching & collaboration
- Support team members through feedback and reflection
- Help strengthen team dynamics and ways of working
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Contribute to a mindset of ownership and self-organization
AI-driven efficiency & process improvement
- Explore how AI tools can improve workflows and team efficiency
- Support initiatives within backlog management, planning, and research
- Contribute to optimizing delivery processes and ways of working
Planning & stakeholder support
- Assist with planning activities and coordination across teams
- Help maintain overview of goals, timelines, and dependencies
- Support communication between Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree within IT, digital transformation, or a related field
- Strong interest in Agile ways of working, team dynamics, and coaching
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Interest in technology, software development, and AI
- Strong communication skills in English
