Student Assistant, Strategy & Portfolio Management

Pandora is currently looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Strategy, Portfolio & Partnering team within Digital & Technology. You will become part of a team focused on linking Pandora's strategy to execution by supporting portfolio management, strategic initiatives, leadership communications, and business analysis across the organization. Working closely with Strategy and Portfolio colleagues, you will help provide leadership with insights on strategic priorities, portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies while supporting key communication and transformation activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategy execution, portfolio governance, and senior stakeholder engagement in one of the world's leading jewellery brands.

 

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, spanning Strategy and Portfolio, and can include: 

  • Prepare material for monthly and quarterly portfolio reviews, covering strategic initiatives delivery status, risks and dependencies (PowerPoint presentations, data extracts, stakeholder coordination) 
  • Prepare material for Townhalls, Director Forums, leadership events and executive communications to support organizational alignment and change adoption 
  • Prepare and facilitate D&T onboarding sessions for new joiners (quarterly cadence) and co-run D&T bootcamp sessions, including content preparation and logistics 
  • Support business analyses, turning findings into clear presentation material for various meetings and audiences 
  • Support change and transformation activities, including tracking and reporting on adoption 
  • Ad hoc tasks across both functions – and much more we will define and develop together based on your interests 


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree within IT, Business Administration, Business Development, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally starting a Master's degree or with at least one year remaining in your studies.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tooling (e.g. Copilot, Claude, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience working with projects, project coordination, or project management is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information

  • You are expected to work approximately 20 hours per week on average (with flexibility around exams).
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • The role is based in Pandora’s Digital Hub in Copenhagen.
