About the Team:
The Pandora HR team partners closely with leaders across our Distribution Center to strengthen engagement, hiring quality, and workforce effectiveness in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
The Specialist, Talent Acquisition & Development plays a critical onsite role, supporting associate experience, leader capability, and early‑tenure retention through hands‑on recruitment, engagement initiatives, and development programs.
Your Role as Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for designcated entry-level roles in partnership with TA COE
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring events, candidate experience, and early‑tenure insights
- Provide feedback to TA and operations on hiring quality, onboarding experience, and workforce trends
- Own and facilitate the onboarding framework, ensuring a consistent and engaging new‑hire experience
- Support engagement action planning and partner with leaders to drive sustainable improvements
- Facilitate listening sessions, focus groups, pulse checks, and culture‑building activities
- Facilitate onsite training and leadership development sessions
- Partner with Learning & Development to support deployment of learning programs
- Analyze insights and present findings that identify risks and influence operational decision‑making
- Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries, directing questions to the appropriate HR Center of Excellence (COE) and reinforcing the HR operating model and self‑service resources
What is needed to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, learning, engagement, or related roles
- Experience supporting high‑volume operations, supply chain, or distribution environments preferred
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into action
- Strong organization, prioritization, and follow‑through skills
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion and professionalism

Maryland Salary: $79,500-$89,370 commensurate with experience
