About the Team:

The Sales Support Specialist – Business Development owns and executes key operational programs and business development initiatives that support network growth, operational readiness, and seamless transitions across Pandora’s diverse store portfolio, including owned and operated concept stores, franchise concept stores, owned and operated shop-in-shops, and wholesale partners across multiple formats.

 

This role supports the continued growth and evolution of the business through ownership of account movement activities, engraving operations, and operational business development initiatives. The position partners cross-functionally with Wholesale, Retail Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Training, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and external vendors to ensure consistent execution, operational efficiency, and successful implementation of business priorities across all channels of the business.

 

This role balances both ongoing operational ownership and project-based initiatives that support expansion, operational improvements, and evolving business needs.

 

 

Your Role as Specialist, Sales Support – Business Development  

 

Wholesale Business Development Operations

  • Own and execute operational account movement activities for wholesale and multi-brand partner locations, including:
    • Openings
    • Relocations
    • Remodels
    • Closures
    • Change of ownership
    • Name changes
  • Maintain accuracy across systems, trackers, documentation, and supporting operational workflows tied to wholesale account movement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Wholesale leadership and business partners to support seamless operational transitions and execution.
  • Support operational readiness and business continuity across wholesale partner locations.

 

Engraving Program Ownership

  • Serve as the primary operational owner of the engraving program across all channels of the business, including owned & operated and multi-brand locations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support ongoing operational execution of the engraving program.
  • Support expansion initiatives, including rollout and operational readiness for multi-brand locations.
  • Coordinate communication, tools, resources, and operational support related to engraving capabilities, launches, symbols, and updates.
  • Monitor operational trends, ticket visibility, and areas of opportunity related to engraving execution and performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Training, Fan Experience, Wholesale, Global partners, and field leadership to support successful adoption and execution.

 

Strategic Initiatives & Operational Projects

  • Lead and support operational initiatives and evolving business needs that support growth, improve execution, or address operational gaps across the business.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify, assess, and implement solutions for emerging operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Support the development, rollout, and operationalization of new tools, processes, resources, and business initiatives, as defined by the needs of the operational initiative.
  • Manage project coordination, communication, tracking, and execution for initiatives impacting stores, wholesale partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with special projects and operational priorities that may arise based on evolving business needs, organizational priorities, or growth initiatives.
  • Support transition of projects and initiatives into sustainable long-term ownership and ongoing operational processes where applicable.

  • 5+ years in wholesale operations, customer service, or a related field, with experience in retail or supply chain management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage wholesale or partner support operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in reporting and operational management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Baltimore Salary: $79,500 – 99,000 commensurate on experience
