Position: Specialist, Quality Engineer
Main purpose of the role: Oversee product and process quality performance during mass production, lead problem‑solving initiatives, approve and verify corrective and preventive actions, sustain process capability , and drive continuous improvement to minimize defects, rework, scrap, and cost of poor quality.
Key accountabilities:


• Lead daily Fast Response quality meetings to drive quality improvement actions and ensure effective communication  of quality issues across relevant teams.(For AAA/BB)
• Leads and organize on problem solving activities, investigate defects or nonconformities, buy off containment,              Implement corrective/preventive action and verification effectiveness.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, product and process quality, and minimize process variation.
• Monitor key process parameters and critical characteristics. Conduct periodic process capability studies to validate long-term performance
• Account PFMEA reviews to identify potential quality risks, define preventive actions, and monitor the effective implementation of risk mitigation plans.
• Review and update launch process control plans, and evaluate quality performance and outcomes during mass production by periodically.
• Execute innovative initiatives to drive continuous improvement in process and product quality performance, strengthen quality data tracking systems, and deliver transformational improvements as assigned.
• Collaborate with SQC for incoming material issues affecting mass production and follow up corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Collaborate and facilitate lessons‑learned reviews with cross function teams to prevent recurrence in future processes and product.
• Lead for investigation customer complaints or quality incidents and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and govern assigned quality projects to drive improvements in quality performance.
