Transformation 

 

  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects across HR operational processes using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, process mapping).
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities within HR operations and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with HRs and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance controls, and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and track improvement outcomes, ensuring sustainability and measurable impact.

 

People Experience

 

  • Conduct & analyze employee feedback (surveys, focus groups, insights) to identify pain points and recommend actionable improvements in PE&T.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience across key moments that matter (onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding).
  • Support the development and rollout of employee experience transformation initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
  • Act as a people experience champion, ensuring HR operational services are employee-centric, consistent, and inclusive by serving as a point of contact for PE&T’s people experience and improvement-related inquiries.

 

HR Operations 

 

  • Support HR operational process documentation, SOPs, and consolidate relevent policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Assist in audit, internal control, and risk-related activities related to HR operational processes.
  • Support operational transformation change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with HR colleagues, HRBP, and vendors to drive alignment on people experience initiatives.
  • Support team activities.

 

Project Coordination 

 

  • Act as a project coordinator for people experience and PE&T improvement initiatives and perform as a project lead if needed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support change management activities, including communication, training, and rollout coordination.

 

We love that you are… 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, People Experience, HR Operations, Continuous Improvement, or Project Coordination roles.
  • Experienced in coordinating cross-functional projects or HR transformation initiatives (a plus).
  • Familiar with data management and able to handle and interpret HR-related data.
  • Comfortable working under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, process mapping).
  • A strong communicator with effective presentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Adaptable to change with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experienced or familiar with change management principles .

By the end of 2024, there are 113 million pieces sold globally, all of which were hand-finished here in Thailand by our skilled craftspeople using high-quality raw materials and sustainable methods.
