Strategy & Insights

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze performance, forecasts, and competitive landscape to support strategic direction
  • Support strategy development, goals setting, and key initiatives across Crafting & Supply

Strategy Analysis & Communication

  • Prepare strategic updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and global stakeholders
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level storytelling
  • Support decision-making through data gathering, scenario analysis, and stakeholder engagement

Strategy Deployment & Transformation

  • Facilitate strategy deployment sessions and cross-functional workshops
  • Drive communication of strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Support change management and ensure alignment across functions

Strategic Initiatives & Portfolio Management

  • Manage and track strategic initiatives, ensuring progress, impact, and delivery within scope and timeline
  • Develop business cases, project charters, and performance metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess benefits, risks, and resource requirements

Project & Initiative Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Monitor execution, cost, outcomes, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure successful adoption and sustainability post-implementation

Executive Communication & Governance

  • Develop communication materials for executive forums, townhalls, and leadership visits
  • Facilitate management meetings, prepare agendas, and summarize key decisions
  • Coordinate executive visits and strategic events with internal and external stakeholders

About Pandora Production Thailand

Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people. To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople. By the end of 2024, there are 113 million pieces sold globally, all of which were hand-finished here in Thailand by our skilled craftspeople using high-quality raw materials and sustainable methods.
