As our new Specialist, Merchandise Planning, you’ll play a key role in shaping Pandora’s commercial success by generating accurate sell‑out demand signals and translating them into effective buying decisions. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical strength with commercial insight - supporting global assortment strategy and maximizing performance across markets.
Forecasting excellence meets commercial impact
In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving sell‑out forecasts at SKU level, covering both value and units within Pandora’s base and new assortment. You’ll analyze weekly product performance, apply robust forecasting models, and proactively adjust forecasts based on market trends and demand patterns.
Working closely with global and local merchandising teams, you will support effective local execution while maximizing commercial opportunities across clusters. You’ll contribute to new product launches, range initiatives, and cross‑functional ways of working - ensuring forecasting accuracy supports supply, inventory, and allocation decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining sell‑out forecasts (value and units) at SKU level to inform production and supply planning
Running weekly product performance analyses to support accurate forecasting decisions
Applying statistical forecasting models based on demand patterns and industry trends
Identifying forecast risks and proposing mitigation actions to improve accuracy
Executing cluster buying strategy in alignment with global assortment guidelines
Supporting forecasts for new launches by defining launch volumes with Merchant colleagues
Actively participating in market Q‑GBRs to inform forecasts for collections and key markets
Supporting Range Framework initiatives and owning tools handed over to Inventory and Allocation teams
Driving process improvement and standardization by proposing and coordinating enhancements across stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
2-3 years of experience within demand planning, buying, or allocation
Background from the retail or fashion industry
Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting and analytical methods
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar (specialization in merchandising, buying, retail, or fashion is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with planning software is a plus
Fluent English

You’ll join Pandora’s Global Merchandising & Assortment Planning team - a collaborative and commercially focused group responsible for shaping Pandora’s global assortment and demand planning strategy. From our Copenhagen HQ, we work closely with markets and cross‑functional partners to drive performance across the full product lifecycle.
