In this role, you will act as the strategic link between commercial ambitions and inventory performance for one or more retail clusters. You will own inventory, challenge existing ways of working, drive data-led decisions, and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time to support growth, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do
As Specialist, Inventory Strategy, you will serve as the key point of coordination for inventory performance across your assigned retail clusters, partnering closely with Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and regional stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning inventory performance and stock investment strategies across assigned retail clusters.
- Developing inventory frameworks that balance customer demand, commercial performance, and working capital efficiency.
- Monitoring inventory risks and proactively addressing low stock, excess inventory, and supply constraints.
- Driving inventory rebalancing strategies across the retail network to maximize stock utilization, improve availability, and support End-of-Season Sale (EOSS) objectives.
- Establishing and tracking key inventory KPIs, including stock health, forecast accuracy, sell-through, and availability.
- Supporting allocation and scarcity management decisions for high-demand or constrained products.
- Driving inventory rebalancing strategies across the retail network to maximize stock utilization and improve availability.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, optimize inventory flows, and increase agility across the business.
- Acting as a trusted partner to cluster stakeholders, leading discussions, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment on inventory decisions.
- Supporting strategic projects and transformation initiatives that impact the wider inventory and supply chain ecosystem.
What we're looking for
We imagine you bring a combination of analytical strength, business understanding, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across a global organization. You may come from a background in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a similar analytical function.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience within Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a related field.
- Experience working with retail products, inventory, or commercial planning environments.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Confidence presenting insights and leading discussions with stakeholders.
- The ability to navigate challenging conversations and influence decisions through data and commercial understanding.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership with limited supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve processes.
- Experience with SQL, data querying, or AI tools is considered an advantage.
