As a Specialist, Digital Engagement, you will play a key role in bringing Pandora’s global campaigns to life across digital touchpoints. You will plan, develop, and execute content across web and CRM, ensuring engaging and high-performing consumer journeys that align with both brand storytelling and commercial priorities.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support campaigns end-to-end - from briefing through to execution - ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous optimisation across channels and markets. You will also contribute to refining customer journeys by leveraging insights, performance data, and user behaviour.
Key responsibilities
- Execute digital campaigns across web and CRM in line with global brand and commercial strategies
- Translate campaign concepts into engaging, high-performing digital experiences
- Coordinate content across channels and ensure consistency across markets
- Support end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing to implementation
- Analyse performance data and apply insights to optimise campaigns and customer journeys
- Contribute to continuous improvement of content, placements, and user experience
- Provide guidance and support on local campaign execution

Experience
- Approx. 3+ years of experience in digital campaigns, e-commerce, CRM, or content management
- Experience working within digital marketing, ideally across web and CRM environments
- Track record of executing digital campaigns and projects
Skills
- Hands-on experience delivering digital-first campaigns in an e-commerce and CRM setup
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and cross-channel execution
- Experience creating engaging digital shopping experiences
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into optimisation actions
- Ability to analyse performance data and improve marketing and business KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience from a global organisation is a plus

- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Jira, Figma, and PowerPoint
Key stakeholders
You will collaborate closely with a broad range of teams across the business to bring campaigns to life end-to-end. This includes colleagues working with brand and creative development, media and marketing activation, retail, and customer engagement (including CRM and loyalty).
You will also partner with digital and technology teams focused on product, user experience, and engineering, as well as commercial and e-commerce teams across global and regional markets.
In addition, you will work with external partners such as creative and digital agencies, as well as technology and platform providers.

You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing execution and optimisation while managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders. The role offers a high degree of ownership, with clear objectives and guidance within established frameworks.
