Your role in driving digital experience improvements at a global scale
The goal of this role is to facilitate the global-local hybrid testing roadmap, collaborating with local eCommerce markets and driving global test initiatives to enhance customer journeys and digital performance. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams, including the eCom Experience and UX teams, to drive data-backed improvements to Pandora eCommerce. These incremental changes are key to our long-term growth. You’ll play an instrumental role in not just driving these improvements but also in educating and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
You’ll need to be confident in guiding, influencing, and educating stakeholders on best practices, sharing knowledge, and ensuring our testing efforts align with our strategic pillars. You will also support in building stronger processes and governance, ensuring smooth testing execution, and facilitating knowledge-sharing across markets.
Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with global eCommerce teams and local markets to ensure testing initiatives align with both regional priorities and global strategies.
- Providing expert advice and insights on A/B testing and optimisation and tooling, ensuring teams understand the value of testing
- Partnering with the UX team to ensure that site improvements are rooted in user insights and testing outcomes, helping to prioritize impactful changes.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of customer journeys, feature deep dives and post-test reports, using key tools like Adobe Analytics, Monetate, and Contentsquare to analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights for both local and global teams.
- Sharing best practices and testing insights across markets, building a culture of continuous improvement.
- Driving process standardisation, ensuring efficient and consistent testing execution.
- Supporting with execution where required.
Your skills and competencies to succeed in this role
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about eCommerce, data-driven testing, and customer experience optimisation. Additionally, you should have strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be highly organized and proactive in following up with stakeholders to drive impactful change.
We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:
- 1-3 years experience in eCommerce, digital optimization/analytics, or related fields
- Experience with Monetate, Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, Jira & Confluence is a bonus!
- Basic knowledge of coding (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels
- An analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with UX, product, and eCommerce teams
- Ability to educate teams on testing and optimisation best practices and facilitate knowledge-sharing
