APS Process Discovery & Improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Technology, IT, and APS vendors to identify and resolve planning issues.
- Review planning performance against KPIs and drive timely corrective actions.
- Analyze planning parameters and master data accuracy to ensure effective production planning.
Design & Solution Development
- Define future-state (To-Be) planning capabilities and recommend optimal APS functionalities and configurations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system and process solutions.
- Identify improvement initiatives and coordinate with relevant teams to implement solutions.
Standardization & Best Practices
- Develop APS standards, policies, and planning guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient processes.
- Promote best practices and support continuous improvement across planning functions.
- Design and enhance tools, parameters, and system functionalities aligned with business needs.
Implementation & Execution
- Manage APS implementation and monitor system performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support system setup, configuration, testing, and data migration activities.
- Act as first-line support for APS-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor planning performance (e.g., FROT, runtime, issue resolution) and drive improvements.
- Support supply chain transformation initiatives and enhance planning capabilities.
- Contribute to process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or related areas, especially in production scheduling or capacity planning.
- Experienced in project management and system implementation within a manufacturing environment (jewellery industry is a plus).
- Familiar with APS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AX), or manufacturing technologies such as MOM.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work across functions.
- Agile, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Good command of English.
