Retail Inventory Associate Specialist

The Associate Specialist, Retail Inventory is responsible for ensuring the right product is available in the right ANZ stores at the right time. The role supports inventory allocation, monitors stock availability and performance, and translates store and inventory insights into actionable recommendations that support effective planning decisions across the business.

                                                                      

What You'll Be Responsible For

Allocation & Inventory Support

  • Manage ANZ inventory allocation activities, including new store openings, launch allocations, store-to-store transfers, POSM, GWP and PWP distribution.
  • Support new store orders and provide input into demand and inventory planning activities.
  • Monitor product launches to ensure stock arrives in stores on time and in full.

Stock Availability & Analysis

  • Track and report on retail and wholesale stock availability across ANZ.
  • Monitor on-shelf availability and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse inventory and store performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain inventory planning tools, reporting and indent processes.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reporting for stores and wholesale partners.
  • Consolidate store feedback, stock-out trends, tiering insights and availability data into a single ANZ view to support planning discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with store teams and key stakeholders, ensuring operational insights are captured and reflected in planning decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in supply planning, merchandise planning, inventory management, allocation, replenishment or a similar analytical retail role.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends and opportunities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
  • Strong systems capability and confidence using planning, forecasting and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for delivering commercial outcomes.
