We're on the hunt for a PMO Manager, Creative & Design Studio! Could you be the game-changer we're seeking?
As PMO Manager, Creative & Design Studio, you will be at the heart of how we bring our creative vision to life across Pandora organization. You will ensure that creativity & product design are translated into impactful, scalable outputs while enabling Creative Direction to focus on the highest-value priorities.
Your mission: Maximize the strategic and creative impact of the Creative Direction through exceptional management of priorities, people, processes, and projects, transforming creative vision into concrete, aligned, and scalable initiatives that drive value across the entire organization - and make concepts, collection & product assets internally available in the right format/timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the rhythm of the Creative process
Lead the rhythm of the Creative Process, ensuring creativity is on one side protected, on the other side accessible to the right stakeholders in the right way / time.
Identify, assess, and prioritize activities, meetings, initiatives, and stakeholders based on priorities. Ensure that the time and attention of key creative leaders are allocated to the highest-value strategic activities.
Coordinate activities with the SVP Creative directors agenda - ensuring proper time with the team, on products, dedicate time to creativity - and aligned with key milestones / PR activities / market visits / corporate activities / travels.
Coordinate the planning of creative activities, decision-making forums, and key project milestones
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams supporting the Creative Direction in their deliverables - bringing to life ides that can be understood by internal / external stakeholders (cross functional collaboration / corporate activities / pr interviews / internal product installations / ecc)
Oversee resources dedicated to visualizing the creative vision (physically and digitally) or to bring to life product presentations.
Foster collaboration among designers, graphic designers, visual creators, external creative suppliers - build a dynamic team able to work on multiple projects with multiple identities - based on specific objectives: internal alignments / presentations to markets / ecc
Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all outputs.
Support the translation of the creative vision into clear, compelling, and consistent narratives for leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure that all content effectively communicates creative intent, strategic direction, products attributes
Manage the execution of photoshoots, video productions, visual content, and storytelling experiences for these projects. Monitor timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ability to work on (directly or through your team) the most advanced, AI driven tools with high level of refinement. Great ability to build Power point presentations – with refined solutions and animations.
Outstanding planning and coordination capabilities: strong ability to manage process / timelines / multiple stakeholders

This job is based in Copenhagen. Collaboration is key for us and sharing work location has united us as a team, we therefore expect you to live in Denmark and work in our Copenhagen Office.
