As our new Activations Manager, Store Creative & Design, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing Pandora’s global retail activations - from in-store experiences to pop-ups and brand exhibitions. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine creative vision with operational execution - delivering impactful, consumer-centric experiences across markets.
Creative concepts meet global execution
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing Pandora’s retail activation concepts to life, ensuring they are scalable, commercially viable, and consistently executed across markets. Acting as the bridge between creative vision and operational delivery, you will translate ideas into engaging physical experiences that drive store traffic, strengthen brand storytelling, and enhance customer engagement.
You’ll collaborate closely with Global Business Units, Store Creative, Retail Excellence, PR, and market teams to align priorities and deliver activations that support both global campaigns and local adaptations. From flagship stores to global pop-ups and exhibitions, you’ll oversee execution from planning through rollout - ensuring high quality and strong brand consistency at every touchpoint.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Flagship In-Store Activations
Lead the planning and execution of flagship retail activations across key markets.
Partner with Cluster teams to develop annual activation calendars aligned with commercial priorities, campaign launches, and consumer engagement objectives.
Support the delivery of activations designed to increase store traffic, drive consumer engagement, and strengthen brand storytelling.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure activations are operationally feasible, scalable, and aligned with global brand standards.
Global In-Store Activations
Manage the development and implementation of in-store activations tied to key campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives throughout the year.
Partner with Store Creative teams, who lead the creative direction, to ensure concepts are successfully translated into engaging physical experiences.
Oversee executional planning including production coordination, material alignment, installation requirements, timelines, and rollout consistency across clusters.
Support activations including NSOs, engraving initiatives, craftsmanship storytelling, and heritage-focused experiences.
Flagship & Custom Stores Brand Activations & Exhibitions
Manage the execution of brand exhibitions and storytelling installations focused on heritage, craftsmanship, sustainability, and brand markers.
Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency of storytelling, materials, technical specifications, and overall consumer experience across installations.
Adapt activation and exhibition executions to accommodate relevant market nuances while maintaining global brand consistency.
Collaborate closely with Store Creative and Cluster teams to ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
Global Retail Pop-Ups
Manage the end-to-end execution of retail pop-up initiatives in partnership with agencies, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Store Creative to translate creative concepts into operationally effective and consumer-centric pop-up experiences.
Ensure consistency in execution, quality, technical specifications, and brand presentation across all markets.
Oversee timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, production processes, and implementation standards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
8+ years of experience in retail activations, experiential marketing, or similar
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, suppliers, and agencies simultaneously. A strong understanding of production
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Experience translating creative concepts into operational execution
Are comfortable speaking production terminology with vendors and markets
Background in retail, luxury, fashion, or experiential environments
Experience with Adobe Suite

Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across global teams
Structured, organized, and process-oriented mindset
Commercial awareness and strong understanding of customer experience
Degree in interior design, art history, construction, or a related field is preferred
