Oversee the manufacturing processes of plastic injection molds and stampling die for operations under alternative Development, while monitoring the condition of molding and die machinery. Support manufacturing projects, and basic workshop machinery to produce high-precision, top-quality components, ultimately driving and enhancing overall production efficiency.
Key accountabilities:
Operate under supervisor oversight to execute the manufacturing, assembly, testing, and installation of plastic injection molds.
Manage plastic injection molding operations, and support manufacturing initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to quality and project deadlines to maximize overall efficiency.
Analyze engineering drawings to effectively guide mold production, machinery operations, and executions focused on component development.
Basic utilize CAD/CAM software to generate and optimize CNC programs for EDM, WEDM, and 3-axis / 5-axis CNC machinery.
Verify all CNC programs to ensure absolute alignment with mold design blueprints while maintaining strict compliance with workshop safety regulations throughout the production cycle.
Assemble, install, fine-tune, and test various mold components to guarantee durability, functionality, and compliance with established quality standards.
Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of plastic injection mold defects, performing necessary repairs and modifications to ensure continuous and efficient production line operations.
