About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

 

Main purpose of the role:

• Strategic results: Execute machine & utility maintenance, SHE activities, local compliance, general services, and security services at local plants that aligns with company strategic goals.
• Best-in-class manufacturing:  Maintain high standard of operations and ensure consistency of services across production units.
• Customer centricity: Strive to deliver the best quality service to ensure smooth production and delivery of PANDORA products in a safe and secured environment.
• Financial Result: Ensure on-cost, time, and quality service delivery.
• Collaborative: Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all shared services functions.
• People: Improve and sustain Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.
• Inspirational leadership: Build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, manned with ideal team players who works as a true team (N-1, N-2 and N-3) across sub-functions. Embody strong culture of collaboration.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related fields

• At least 5 years of facility and maintenance fields
• Have experience and certified about ISO9001 or engineering related standards.
• Strong knowledge of relevant VN laws and regulations
• Experience with safety management level and compliance
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Good English communication
