We are looking for an eCommerce passionate to join our eCommerce team as an eCommerce Optimization & Personalization Specialist with responsibility for online purchase conversion through an optimized customer journey and building personalization strategies. Working with Local and Global eCommerce teams, you will take a quantitative and qualitative data driven approach to identify website inefficiencies and opportunities. You will propose, plan and execute A/B tests to deliver data supporting on-site personalization and optimization strategies and to influence implementation of new or improved site capabilities.

Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:

  • Analyze customer pain points and identify functional and design opportunities to implement web optimization solutions that enhance the overall user experience,
  • Develop business cases and hypotheses for A/B testing, execute and monitor tests, and deliver actionable insights through post-test analysis,
  • Launch and manage weekly personalized experiences across key pages (homepage, category, product, and checkout), optimizing based on daily performance data,
  • Own and maintain the testing and personalization roadmap in collaboration with global and local eCommerce teams,
  • Leverage customer behavior and preferences to define audience segments and propose personalization strategies using onsite tools, content, and messaging,
  • Champion a customer-first mindset by gathering and analyzing customer feedback (e.g., surveys, post-purchase reviews) to prioritize site improvements,
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with eCommerce, merchandising, and marketing teams, while collaborating with global peers to share knowledge, best practices, and drive local optimization excellence.

 

You’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • min. 2 years of experience in eCommerce (ideally in a similar position) using analytical, testing and personalization tools such as: Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Monetate, Bloomreach or equivalent,
  • very good level of English and Polish,
  • Good understanding of online user behavior, conversion path and strategies to improve online sales,
  • Self-motivation, analytical and structured approach to your tasks,
  • Data-driven appoach, use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions and identify opportunities,
  • Good communication skills and a team player,
  • Quick learner capabilities and find adapt to a professional and high-performance work environment.
