We are looking for a E-Commerce Trading & Web Merchandising Senior Specialist reporting to the E-Commerce Trading & Web Merchandising Manager and will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online trading strategy and consumer journey using tools like e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics, while ensuring flawless execution of merchandising tactics, driving sales across multiple markets and collaborating cross-functionally with local and global teams. Role Overview:
As an eCommerce Web Merchandising Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the online trading strategy and continuously optimizing the consumer journey using key platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA), Bloomreach, Adobe Analytics, and Einstein. You’ll manage product catalogs, navigation, taxonomy, campaigns, SEO, and onsite search to drive performance and improve the overall customer experience. With a strong focus on data and creativity, you will support revenue and margin growth by applying digital merchandising tactics and aligning with financial targets. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech, and play a key part in testing and rolling out new features and innovations within the eCommerce space.
Your main responsibilities in this Role:
- Manage the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) Business Manager eCommerce platform, partnering with other site merchandising specialists to execute day-to-day website merchandising tasks on several sites and deliver in a timely manner,
- Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy aligned with Pandora’s overall business objectives. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive category growth and differentiation,
- Drive revenue growth through effective planning, execution, and optimization of eCommerce initiatives. Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for growth and improvement,
- Support website merchandising tasks, partnering with the eCommerce team – including product setup, categorization, campaign setup based on the commercial calendar with full website replication responsibilities using SFCC Business Manager,
- Optimize navigation, sorting, PLP filters/search refinements, and onsite search, identifying opportunities utilizing Business Manager, Content Square, and Adobe Analytics; drive changes based on consumer behavior and competitive insights,
- Optimize onsite search performance weekly, reduce no search results, optimize product sorting within categories and search results pages, and set up A/B tests in Business Manager to gather insights and improve conversion. Drive strategic initiatives to create a seamless customer experience,
- Execute SEO strategies presented by agency partners,
- Build strong internal relationships with Eastern Europe eCommerce, merchandising, operations, and wider marketing & Global eCommerce teams. Collaborate with and learn from colleagues in similar roles globally. Align on key initiatives and responsibilities.
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in site merchandising or category management,
- 3–5 years’ experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) / SFRA Business Manager,
- Fluent English and at least communicative Polish,
- Experience in Content Square, Adobe Analytics, or similar BI tools preferred,
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies,
- Amplience Content Management (or similar CMS) experience or common understanding is a plus,
- JIRA ticketing system experience is a plus,
- Bloomreach Engage, Bloomreach Discovery Product Recommendation is a plus,
- Experience with SEO, A/B testing is a plus,
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work, excellent organizational and project management skills,
- Proactive and results-oriented,
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives,
- Self-motivated, analytical, and structured approach to tasks,
- Strong verbal, written, and PowerPoint presentation skills,
- Quick learner and adaptable to a professional and high-performance work environment
