As part of our wholesale channel growth plans, we are establishing a new position: Wholesale Manager - primarily focused on supporting all of the multibrand and franchisee customers in Eastern Europe cluster. In this role you will be responsible for developing an assigned group of customers to achieve a designated sales budget through maximizing the potential of all existing and potential customers while maintaining the brand standards and a high level of customer service through close cooperation with partners, field teams and Country Managers.

 

Your Role:

· Driving sell-in to partners to ensure budget delivery, working closely with field teams to secure proper stock levels of new collections and best-selling items in all physical locations.

· Collaborate with markets and Country Managers to identify, structure, and execute new wholesale business development opportunities.

· Continuously identifying new opportunities by delivering insights into competitor activities and potential industry developments through regular research, networking within Pandora.

· Overseeing reporting and analysis of commercial performance against targets, delivering insights and driving performance management on new business initiatives.

· Ensuring that the wholesale locations within EE cluster are consistent with and in compliance with all retail guidelines and appropriate product levels through monitoring of operational performance and close cooperation with field team in markets and e-com team.

· Administration of all wholesale accounts in Pandora tools to ensure proper assortment and pricing in line with Pandora guidelines.

· Supporting contract negotiations and supplier relationship management with partners, including third-party distributors for gift cards, in close collaboration with Procurement, legal and other internal stakeholders.

· Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with Field Teams, Partners and other departments in organization.

· Developing robust business cases and actionable presentation materials on key opportunities to communicate recommendations to senior leadership across the business.

· Partnering with Sales Director to define KPIs and success metrics for wholesale channel.

· Responsible that Pandora Jewelry in the EE operates within the local laws and is guided by the accepted ethics and procedures of the Pandora Group and principles within the Jewelry Industry.

We're perfect match, if You have:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role in wholesale or retail sales organizations, ideally within a fast-paced, global organization and previous exposure to international retail business

· Excellent communication skills in English and Polish

· Strong analytical foundation based on quantitative and qualitative skills, incl. confidence working with data analytics and delivering impactful recommendations and insights

· Good business acumen with ability to identify and think creatively about commercial opportunities – rooted in a deep consumer centricity

· Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills with a focus on delivering outcomes in close collaboration with cross-functional and multicultural teams

· Driven and ambitious with a willingness to bring a strong personal impact with a continuous learning mindset

· Strong desire for excellence in crafting and delivering, holding yourself and others accountable to delivering impactful work of the highest quality

· Team player with a strong collaborative spirit, ability to effectively receive and share feedback, and bringing a caring and kind approach to your engagements across the organization.
