SAP CPI Lead – Colleague Experience Product Line

 

About the Team:

 

Pandora has embarked on an ambitious path to establish a seamless, end-to-end tech experience for our colleagues. One of the core journeys in this agenda has been to digitize all people processes from hire to retire through aggressive global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across the entire talent suite. As we are continuously adding new solutions for bespoke capabilities to the landscape, robust integration and technical excellence are growing in importance to enable our seamless Colleague Experience from a technical perspective. At the same time, we are embracing a scaled Agile approach structured around product teams with clear focus on outcomes.

 

This is a hands-on technical role combining concrete integration engineering in SAP Cloud Platform Integration with broader technical excellence around SAP SuccessFactors as well as other solutions. You will help deliver the Continuous Integration and Deployment pipeline with speed and reliability. The main outcomes are focused on enabling our delivery process to achieve stable, scalable and reliable software in production, having shorter feedback loops, better collaboration with development and enabling higher quality products.

About You @Pandora:

 

  • Engineer robust integrations based on SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP BTP applying best practice integration patterns as well as engineering standards
  • Embed technical excellence into our Colleague Experience product line through hands-on Integration Technologies and middle ware platforms n close collaboration with Solution Architecture
  • You will work in an agile setting, assuming the responsibility for technical excellence, ensuring continuous focus on resilience, reliability, availability, capacity, performance, and continuity within the Colleague Experience product line
  • Enable best-in-class practices, standards, and methodologies within the engineering team
  • Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines in the Release Management process around SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • Ensure high quality and reliability of data flows through the integrations using metrics, monitoring, automated testing and maintenance of the integrations.
  • Develop technical documentation & artifacts to agreed engineering standards and SRE best practices in Pandora.

 

What is needed to succeed

 

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP Cloud Platform integration and the holistic SAP ecosystem
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale application in enterprise-wide environments.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Knowledge of middleware and integration platforms.
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI to connect SAP SuccessFactors with other internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize integration flows within SAP CPI to meet specific business needs.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot any issues related to data flow, connectivity, and system performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented integrations, including monitoring and resolving any integration-related issues.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Payroll) is preferred.
