We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 80% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

The Role:

  • As a part of the Talent Acquisition Team for EE & GBS you will play a key role as a business partner supporting dedicated structures in both EE cluster and GBS;

  • Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring employees and promoting Pandora’s brand through recruitment and Employer Branding initiatives and events;

  • Leading full life cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through sourcing and offer acceptance;

  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with respective hiring managers; working closely with them to understand the business and identify current, planned, and potential openings;

  • Building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for upcoming requisitions through proactive sourcing and use of innovative channels to identify, engage and preposition qualified candidates;

  • Guiding hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process according to the company’s recruitment and selection policies and best practices;

  • Monitoring KPIs, market trends, recruitment & EB practices and sharing them with HR team and management;

  • Initiating and managing TA- and EB-related projects such as: candidate and employee experience management, EB and recruitment marketing activations offline and online, employee advocacy, system and process improvements and automation.

 

We're perfect match if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a professional recruiter in a corporate setting or agency/search firm recruiting a breadth of different roles SSC/GBS and/or retail;

  • Fluency in English and Polish;

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates and building outstanding candidate experiences;

  • Team work, can-do attitude and ability to act with a sense of urgency to solve problems;

  • Curiosity, ambition and a strong desire to grow in TA/EB; 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
