What you’ll do:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes for Retail roles across Eastern Europe
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data reporting and documentation, tracking early hire metrics and Employee Referral Program 
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates (including job posting)
  • Coordination of offer approval and onboarding initiation workflows in the SuccessFactors system
  • Provide a positive candidate and new hire experience
  • Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment excellence projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams on daily tasks and projects

What we’re looking for:

  • Student or recent graduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, Management or related field), availability min. 20h/week till the end of 2025 and full-time from January 2026
  • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition and understating of retail/commercial business (experience in retail will be an asset)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English and Polish 
  • Team player with a passion for people and brand

  • Paid internship (35 PLN/h) minimum 20 hours per week till the end of 2025 and full time from January 2026
