Due to our development in Eastern European markets, we’re expanding our Paid Media Team and recruiting for the position of Paid Media Specialist, based in Warsaw. This role will be responsible for managing ongoing paid media campaigns in Hungary and leading SEM & Affiliate channels development at the cluster level.

Key accountabilities:
⦁ Managing awareness, engagement and performance marketing activities, contributing to drive awareness, traffic and sales in all touchpoints i.e. TV, PSM, SEM, DV and affiliate on Hungarian market
⦁ Responsible for driving the development of Paid Search & Affiliate channels across the cluster, ensuring strategic alignment, knowledge sharing, and performance growth
⦁ Day-to-day cooperation with local and global digital agencies
⦁ Paid media budget management for Hungary
⦁ Tracking, reporting and evaluation of the campaigns performance
⦁ Engagement in other work-related projects and tasks delegated by the superior
We’re the perfect match, if You have:
⦁ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or similar field and/or equivalent professional experience
⦁ 3-5 years of experience in media agency or similar position in Marketing preferably in retail, fashion/beauty or FMCG, with strong commercial mindset
⦁ Strong expertise in digital media campaigns planning, implementation and ongoing management
⦁ Experience in performance digital campaigns (PPC, Affiliate, etc.) is a must (experience in planning and managing offline media (TV, press, OOH) is a strong plus, but not a requirement)
⦁ High level of proficiency with Adobe Analytics/GA4, Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, Facebook Business Manager, MS Office
⦁ Very good level of Polish and English – verbally and written
⦁ Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
⦁ Flexibility and adaptiveness to changing priorities
⦁ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international, dynamic environment, demonstrated multitasking and prioritizing skills
