As Service Excellence Junior Specialist you will be responsible for:
Serving as the first Point of Contact for Accounts Payable related queries
Investigating and resolving GBS’ customers Accounts Payable, Master Data Maintenance and Travel & Expense related queries,
Resolving issues related to invoice postings & payments
Performing analysis and resolution of overdue open entries and bank statements
Applying knowledge of various ERP systems, Outlook and GBS’ ServiceNow platform to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues
Being able to work under pressure, ensuring queries are addressed and satisfactorily closed within agreed GBS’ Service Model KPIs/SLAs
Enjoying working with and successfully serving GBS’ customers in a professional, friendly and effective manner, contributing to creating a high level customer satisfaction score
Demonstrating a problem-solving mindset combined with excellent process,
Working on continuous improvement of the quality of our services; ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed
Training new Team members on existing tools & procedures
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
good understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and Customer Service good practices,
fluent English written and spoken
strong interpersonal skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and communication skills, Customer-oriented approach
strong analytical skills with attention to detail
ServiceNow or other ticketing tools knowledge/experience nice to have
ability to work under pressure, keeping up with the deadlines & prioritizing tasks with little to no supervision.

min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or similar, or, proven experience in a similar role/Accounts Payable department
