The Role includes:

  • Perform payroll accounting processes for entities, 
  • Process GL transactions including accruals, corrections and other journal entries, 
  • Perform GL period end and reconciliations, 
  • Participate in audit process (group, statutory), 
  • Build back up functions for other GL processes (inventory, fixed assets, etc) 
  • Assist with legal compliance processes (i.e authority audits, statistical reporting, statutory reporting), 
  • Handling internal customer inquiries (ad hoc reporting, reconciliations) 
  • Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures, 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements regarding quality and productivity, participate in global/local projects related to RTR area,
  • Maintain relevant Work Instructions and process maps up to date,
  • Close cooperation with Financial Controller and RTR Team Leader,
  • Support and mentoring for RTR accountant


We’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics,
  • Min. 2 years of experience within RTR/GL,
  • Knowledge of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamix, Oracle, SAP) would be an asset,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particulary in MS Excel,
  • Advanced English and Polish,
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details,
  • Excellent communications skills,
  • Positive attitude, building relationship with GBS colleagues and business partners,
  • Strong team player,
  • Countinous improvement mindset
