As a result of our growth ambitions, we are looking for Senior Business Analyst - Store Productivity, who will be focused on overseeing the efficient operation of workforce management systems, closely collaborating with local retail teams to ensure optimized allocation of resources, maximize store productivity, and ultimately enhance customer and employee experience.

In this Role, You will:

  • Analyze sales, customer and productivity data to identify market trends, performance patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement, including determining the optimal number of FTEs required in stores,
  • Regularly monitor and interpret market-specific KPIs related to revenue performance and workforce management (e.g., sales per labor hour, visitors per labor hour, coverage), and generate actionable reports for performance tracking and corrective action recommendations,
  • Partner with Country Managers and Regional Sales Managers to identify best-in-class as well as weak performers to share best-practices and ultimately boost performance on all levels,
  • Actively engage with global workforce management community to gather insights, fostering knowledge sharing, and driving initiatives to maximize system benefits,
  • Provide hands-on guidance and training to super users on the optimal utilization of workforce management tools, systems, and best practices, ensuring consistent and optimized adoption,
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and scheduling standards across all markets,
  • Contribute to the establishment of market-specific operational standards for workforce management policies, procedures, and metrics, enhancing overall operational efficiency and employee satisfaction,
  • Collaborate with Global Partners to refine globally maintained BI tools for effective usage by non-Finance persons and act as a connector between Global and Retail teams.

 

You’re the perfect match, if You have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making,
  • Experience of a similar, analytical position in retail or FMCG,
  • Excellent Excel skills,
  • Fluency in English&Polish – verbally and written,
  • University degree (preferably in business, economics, finance),
  • Familiarity with workforce management software and scheduling tools is a plus,
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations across different regions is a plus,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across different cultural backgrounds,
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global context,
  • Familiarity with retail operations and an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the industry,
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure across different time zones and cultural contexts.
